Privacy frameworks

GDPR CCPA

These marks describe frameworks we align our practices with. They are not a third-party certification seal.

GDPR (EU / EEA and similar)

When GDPR applies to your personal data, we process it for clear purposes, mainly to prepare and fulfill travel bookings (contract), to meet legal duties, and, where needed, with your consent (for example optional marketing).

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where those rights apply. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Privacy requests: [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.

CCPA / CPRA (California)

If you are a California resident, you may request to know, correct, or delete personal information we hold, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise California privacy rights, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

Israel privacy

For clients in Israel, we handle personal data carefully and in line with applicable Israeli privacy rules, including limited collection, purpose limitation, and your right to review and correct information we hold. Contact [email protected].

What we collect

Only information needed for a legitimate business purpose, such as:

Sharing is your choice. You decide what to send us. If required details are missing, we may be unable to complete a booking with a supplier.

Payments & credit cards

We do not store, process, or handle credit-card or debit-card data on our systems. When a supplier or payment provider collects payment, that happens on their platforms under their security and privacy terms. Do not send full card numbers to us by email or chat.

How we use information

Who we share with

We share personal data with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, consolidators, booking platforms, insurance providers, and other suppliers only as needed to fulfill your request. Those parties process data under their own policies. We are also bound by our vendors’ contractual and privacy requirements when we use their systems.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we hold (access control, careful sharing, and secure tools appropriate to a small agency). No method of transmission or storage is fully risk-free; we work to reduce risk and limit what we keep. Report suspected security issues to [email protected].

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the booking, customer support, legal/accounting obligations, or dispute handling, not longer than necessary for those purposes. When no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it where feasible.

Your choices & deletion

Send privacy requests to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within 30 days when GDPR applies.

Children

We do not knowingly market to children. Passenger data for minors is processed only as provided by a parent/guardian for a booking.

Changes

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of our services after an update means you have read the revised notice.
